What does the backwards interview prompt do?

It acts as an interviewer, not a career coach. Instead of asking what you want from a job, it asks about the workdays and moments you hated, then works backwards to build two lists: what must never happen again, and what you'd actually move toward. Every item traces back to something you said.

Copy the whole prompt or download it as a markdown file, paste it into any chatbot such as ChatGPT or Claude, and answer the questions honestly. The AI runs the interview one question at a time.
